We're about to update our new library management system. Soon, it'll be easier to reserve books online, you’ll be able to borrow ebooks and audiobooks directly from the catalogue and there’s an app so you can access the catalogue on the go. 

While we set up the new system, there’ll be a few service interruptions. These will take place between 21 and 29 November.

During this time, you won’t be able to do the following things online:

• Join the library
• Reserve items in the catalogue – any reserves available before 21 November can still be collected
• Renew items but don’t worry – due dates will be extended to ensure items are not due back during the service interruption
• See up-to-date catalogues – you’ll still be able to see what we have in the collection but not what has been borrowed in this period.

Libraries will be open during this time and services are available in-person at all Merri-bek libraries.
