We have a new Positive Ageing Help Desk at Coburg and Glenroy!

Dedicated to our older residents, a member of our team will support you with accessing aged care services, Centrelink applications and more.

We offer help for residents over 65 (under 65 with support needs or over 50 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders).

Get help with:

• Registering with My Age Care
• Requesting additional help at home
• Finding Home Care Package Providers
• Centrelink applications and forms
• Social activities, exercise programs
• Support and advice for Carers

A member of our team will be at Glenroy Hub Customer Service from 10am to 12pm on these dates:

• Thursday 4 April
• Thursday 18 April

A member of our team will be at Coburg Civic Centre from 10am to 12pm on these dates:

• Thursday 11 April
• Wednesday 24 April

These sessions are free. No appointments or referrals needed.
