Registered building surveyors

If you are a building surveyor, you will need to lodge your RBS documentation with us. You can do this online: select the correct online portal from the links below. Council does not consent to the receipt of RBS documentation electroncially using any other method including via email or using electronic links in order to protect Council's cyber security.  If you have any trouble using Council's eServices website please contact the City Development Administration team on 9240 1111.

RBS Online Portals

On our eServices website, you can complete the following:

• Lodge a section 80 building notification on our eServices website
• Lodge and pay for section 30 building permits and plans on our eServices website
• Lodge a Certificate of Final Inspection and/or Occupancy Permit on our eServices website
• Lodge any Miscellaneous documents associated with a Section 30 like amendments or extensions of time on our eServices website
