Brudi is a hub dedicated to helping businesses grow and prosper.

Impact Neighbourhoods took over management of the site in September 2020 and have plans to revamp this space to include:

• private studios
• a new makerspace
• workshop areas
• a mix of contemporary collaborative working spaces

The site will support a mix of businesses and entrepreneurs. The building upgrade is proposed to include two new lifts, a communal open space between the buildings, rooftop solar panels to both buildings and zero carbon electricity supply, which will see the site become carbon neutral.

A wide range of programs and activities will be provided to tenants and the community to help build business start-up skills and growth pathways.

Brudi's transformation will see it become a key site within the Brunswick Design District (BDD). The BDD is a Merri-bek City Council, RMIT and Creative Victoria partnership with the vision for Brunswick to be a key precinct for creative and enterprise activity.
