Library services during restrictions

Last updated: 8 November 2021

Moreland Libraries have reopened and we would love to see you back at the library!

If you are not able to comply with the conditions of entry, you can still access the eLibrary on our eLibrary page. You can still borrow books and do essential printing via our Click and Collect service.

Borrowing reserved items

You can borrow reserved items by:

  1. Visiting the library catalogue on our Library catalogue page. You can learn how to place a reserve on your selected items by watching this Youtube video. If you are not a member of the library you can become a member on our Join the library page.
  2. You will then receive an email when your items are ready to collect.
  3. You will need to bring your library card or photo ID to the library to collect your items. When at the library, please remember to wear a mask, check-in using the QR code and show a member, and remain 1.5 metres from other people.

Essential printing

We are able to print documents that are essential for work, education or medical/legal purposes. At this time, we are only able to provide Click and Collect essential printing to those who are not able to comply with the conditions of entry to the library.

If you need a vaccination certificate printed in order to enter the library, we are happy to provide this service.

You can use our printing service by:

  1. Contacting us to discuss your printing needs with our staff, using the contact details on our Visit or contact us at the library page.
  2. We will then contact you when your printed items are ready to collect.
  3. You will need to bring your library card or photo ID to the library to collect your items. When at the library, please remember to wear a mask, check-in using the QR code, and remain 1.5 metres from other people.

Opening times for Click and Collect will vary between libraries.

You can check opening times on our Visit or contact us at the library page. You can also stay up to date with library activities, news and events on our Libraries social media pages, including:
