How to hire a meeting room

  1. Check the venue's availability or make a tentative booking request on our eServices website. 
  2. Fill in the  Glenroy Community Hub Venue Booking Form (DOC)
  3. Email your completed booking form to within 7 days. If you don't email us a completed booking form within 7 days we will cancel your tentative booking request.
  4. Once we receive your completed booking form, allow 5 working days for us to process it.
  5. If your booking is successful we will send you a confirmation letter.
  6. Hire fees will be charged at the end of each month.


Glenroy Community Hub is located at 50 Wheatsheaf Road, Glenroy.

Additional requirements including security staff, technical support, equipment, or services will be billed at cost. Details to be discussed no less than two weeks prior to each event.

Fees applicable until 30 June 2024 and are subject to change after this date.

About the Meeting Rooms

There are four meeting rooms available for hire at the Glenroy Community Hub, fully equipped with state-of-the-art projectors and screens. 

Rooms are available for hire for community events, celebrations and business functions, including after hours and at weekends.

Three hour parking in Glenroy Community Hub car park. Surrounding street parking on Wheatsheaf Road & Acacia Street is also available.


Three minute walk from Bus Route 513 at the stop on Bell Street (210m).


Ten minute walk from Glenroy train station on the Craigieburn train line (800m).
