How to hire a small hall or meeting room
- To find the right venue for your event, look through our venues on our Halls and meeting rooms pages.
- Check the venue's availability or make a tentative booking request on our eServices website.
- Fill in a venue booking form. You can find these on our Venue booking form page.
- Email your completed booking form to communityvenues@merri-bek.vic.gov.au within 14 days. If you don't email us a completed booking form within 14 days we will cancel your tentative booking request.
- Once we receive your completed booking form, allow 5 working days for us to process it.
- If your booking is successful we will send you a confirmation letter.
- You must pay all the fees before your event.
Coburg Library Meeting Room - will be closed for emergency plumbing works until Monday 19 August.

The Coburg Library's opening hours are:
- Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm
- Saturday from 9am to 4pm
- Sunday from 1pm to 5pm
Key collection
You must pick up the meeting room keys from the library during it's business hours. To discuss key collection, email coburglibrary@moreland.vic.gov.au or call 9353 4000.

Parking
There are free car parks nearby that are subject to restrictions.
There is accessible parking on Victoria Street (2 spaces, 2 hour parking), and in the public car park at 54 Waterfield Street (2 spaces, 3 hour parking between 7am to 7pm, Mondays to Saturdays). These spaces do not belong to the venue so car spaces may not be available at all times.
Parking is not allowed outside the rear exit door of the meeting room, or on Victoria Street.
