We run parent information sessions on a variety of topics. All parents and guardians are invited to attend.

Sleep and Settling Program
Cost: Free
Merri-bek Maternal and Child Health Service are running free Sleep and Settling Sessions for parents and carers of newborn babies through to toddlers.
Some sessions have an online option via Microsoft Teams.

Bookings are essential. For more information about our Sleep and Settling Program or to book please call our Maternal and Child Health Team on 9240 1111 then select option 2. You can also book via email at mchappointments@merri-bek.vic.gov.au.
You will receive an SMS reminder a few days before your session. If you book an online session, a meeting link will be sent to you via email.
