Park improvements

This new park, on the site of the old Council depot, was opened in June 2015. The park includes a playground, seating and trees, connecting paths, and a heritage site. See Bush Reserve - Park development for project details. Community use of the park saw a strong need for a public toilet facility, which was opened in May 2016.

Park features

    Walking your dog

      At off-leash dog parks you must still keep your dog under control. You can find out more about these rules on our Park amenities and equipment page.

      In all other public places, dogs must be kept in control with a leash, cord, or chain. Dogs are prohibited from the area around playgrounds or within creeks.
