Council Meeting for Planning and Related Matters

Council Meetings for Planning and Related Matters (PARM) are held at 6:30pm on the fourth Wednesday of each month.

When it is possible, meetings are held in the Council Chamber, Merri-bek Civic Centre, 90 Bell Street, Coburg.

The length of the meeting is dependant on the number of agenda items to be covered. However, meetings will not run past 11pm.

After a Planning and Related Matters meeting has finished, the minutes from the meeting will be made available on our Minutes and past agendas page.
